My journey to becoming a healer has been deeply shaped by my personal health struggles. At the age of 12, I was diagnosed with petit- mal epilepsy (absence seizures), and my doctors took a trial-and-error approach with medications. Over the years, I found myself struggling with the side effects of countless prescriptions, a lack of understanding from those around me, and a healthcare system that seemed more focused on managing symptoms than on finding lasting solutions.
The prevailing explanation for my condition was stress or "stimulation overwhelm," yet I quickly realized that stress isn’t something that can be simply fixed with a pill. Determined to find a more holistic solution, I took my healing into my own hands. I immersed myself in research, exploring everything from supplements and alternative treatments to meditation and stress management techniques. Through a gradual process, I found what authentically worked—and what ultimately allowed me to overcome a condition my doctors once said would be a lifelong struggle.
Over the past two decades, I’ve learned a wealth of knowledge on a variety of healing practices, many of which are rooted in the deep connection between stress, mental well-being, and physical health. This journey has not only transformed my life but has inspired me to help others find their own path to healing.
As a wellness coach, my approach is rooted in a belief that true healing is multi-faceted and unique to each individual.
